Located just east of the Kelleys
Island ferry dock and Seaway Marina, Weekend at Bernie's offers
a wonderful vacation home on the water. Relax in the
spacious yard offering a private beach, picnic tables and a
grill while watching the sun set over Lake Erie.
Weekend at Bernie's has 2 - two bedroom units, upstairs and downstairs,
that are rented out separately. Each unit sleeps 6 people.
Pets are welcome at an additional
charge.
This island cottage has a fully equipped eat in kitchen and a
comfortable living room with Direct TV and DVD/VCR in both units.

Rates:
In season: $995 per week
Weekend: $500 - 5 day advance booking only
Off season rates available.
Half of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival and the balance
on the arrival date.
We accept only credit card payment.
Security Deposit:
A $250 security deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy:
A $250 security deposit is required to reserve specific dates
and to ensure that our guests leave the suite in the same
condition that greet them upon arrival. Cancellation fee is $50.
The deposit is refundable with a 30 day cancellation notice.
