A short walk to restaurants and shops, Southbay Lodge is located on the south shore of Kelleys Island at 523 West Lakeshore Drive. This lake front home provides beautiful views of Lake Erie sun sets from the screened in front porch over looking the water.

Southbay Lodge is a year round vacation get away with a large kitchen and dining area, one and one half baths and six bedrooms which sleep a total of ten, including children (bed linens and towels not included). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. An outdoor barbecue grill and picnic table is also provided as well as an area for swimming in front of the home.

Rates:
Off season: $950 per week
(depends on occupancy)
In season: $1300 per week

Weekend rates (two night minimum) in April, May, September, October and November are available. Call for current rates.

Security Deposit:
A $200 security deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is one month or more prior to scheduled visit and we can fill the vacancy, we will return your security deposit and rental fee.

Directions:
Travel west from the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock down Lakeshore Drive past the business district and past Cameron Road. Southbay Lodge is located at 523 West Lakeshore Drive.
