Stay at our beautifully furnished condo on
Kelleys Island located on a scenic water quarry with a lighted
fountain and lighthouse. Within walking distance to the down town
business district and marinas, this townhouse is decorated in a
somewhat nautical theme and can accommodate up to 8 people
(including children.) Sorry, we can not accommodate pets and this
unit is smoke free.
Kelleys Island Condo Retreat is
one of the larger condos with luxurious accommodations available
for weekly or weekend rentals on Kelleys Island. We offer
three bedrooms and 2 full baths with all of the amenities of home
including bed linens. air-conditioning, dishwasher, laundry
facilities, cordless phone, answering machine,
and a fully equipped kitchen, - all you need to make
this a wonderful vacation retreat. We are just a one
minute walk to downtown and the newly renovated
Portside Marina. |

Rates:
Weekly Rate: $1100
Weekend Rate: $400
Security Deposit:
A $250 security deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy:
If reservation cancelled a month or more in advance of
the rental period, a full refund will be issued. If reservation is
cancelled with less a month until the rental period commences, the
security deposit will not be refunded. If reservation is cancelled
with less than two weeks until the rental period commences, the
full rental payment will not be refunded unless the owner is able
the rent the unit for the same period of time intended on the
lease agreement. |
Directions:
From the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock,
travel west on E. Lakeshore Drive. After Division Street, turn
right into the Quarry Condos complex. |
