Kelleys Island, An Island for All Seasons
Thank you for
your interest in our condominium. We have upgraded our condo
and made it even more attractive and convenient for our
renters. It is a 1100 square foot, first floor unit which
overlook the quarry lake and is a three or four minute walk from
downtown and Lake Erie. Lake Erie is within view of the condos
and grounds. Portside Marina is directly across from the Quarry
Condominium entrance.
This unit has
the following features: two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a
queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room. There are two
bathrooms; one with a shower, one with a bathtub and shower; a
fully-equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator,
dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Also, each condo has a
TV with VCR and a washer and dryer. Kelleys Cove Condo is
complete with central heat and air conditioning, and a
fireplace. The furnished deck overlooks the quarry lake and its
illuminated fountain. A heated pool is available for the use of
the Quarry condo guests. Renter’s pets are not allowed by the
condominium association. |
At this time we are making arrangements for 2008.
We require at least a two day minimum reservation for $350 off
season with a $100 deposit, May, September and October.
Spring and
Fall are beautiful quiet times on the island and we can help you
make the most convenient arrangements for you.

Weekly Rate: $900
Off Season Two Night Rate: $350
(2 day minimum, $100 deposit)

Security Deposit:
A $200 security deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy:
Full security deposit refund if
cancelled within 30 days of rental date. |
Directions:
From the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock,
travel west on E. Lakeshore Drive. After Division Street, turn
right into the Quarry Condos complex. |
