Located on the east side of the
island, Dot's place is a newly constructed island home. The kitchen is completely equipped
and includes a coffee maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are available for use during your stay.
This cheery, non-smoking three bedroom, two bath home sleeps up to six adults. The back gas grill equipped deck
is the perfect place for outdoor relaxing. Bicycles are available
for exploring the island, too. We do not allow pets but love
children.

Rates:
In season: $850 per week
plus $200 security deposit
refunded after stay.
Weekends: $150 per night with a 2 night minimum plus deposit of
$100 refundable after stay.
Cancellation Policy:
If we can fill the vacancy, we will return your
security deposit and rental fee. |
Directions:
From the Kelleys Island Ferry
Boat Line dock, turn right on E. Lakeshore Drive.
Turn left on Melody Lane. Dot's Place, the tan house with a dark
red door and shutters, is on the right side of the lane. |

Weekly Rental Arrival:
Check-in time is Sunday, after 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is Sunday, before 11:00 a.m. |
